Summer Green Reviver Juice
When the sun is out, there's nothing quite like a cold, vibrant green juice to set you up for the day. This recipe uses fresh organic produce — the kind we deliver straight to your door — to create a drink that's as nourishing as it is delicious.
Ingredients
Serves 2
- 4 Organic Red Apples (1kg)
- 1 large cucumber — from our Salad Veg collection
- 2 stalks of celery — from our Green Veg collection
- 1 Organic Lemon, peeled
- A thumb-sized piece of fresh ginger — from our Garlic, Chillies & Ginger collection
- A small handful of fresh mint — from our Fresh Herbs & Spices collection
- 200ml Biona Pomegranate Pure Juice (to top up and add a gorgeous blush colour)
Method
- Wash all your produce thoroughly.
- Core the apples and cut into quarters — no need to peel if they're organic.
- Chop the cucumber and celery into pieces that fit your juicer chute.
- Feed the apple, cucumber, celery, lemon, and ginger through your juicer.
- Pour into glasses over ice and top with a splash of Biona Pomegranate Pure Juice.
- Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint and serve immediately.
Tips & Variations
- No juicer? Blend everything with 200ml of cold water and strain through a fine mesh sieve or nut milk bag.
- Want it sweeter? Add an extra apple or a small piece of beetroot — both available in our Fruit & Veg for Juicing collection.
- Boost it up: Add a shot of James White Vegetable Juice for an extra hit of nutrients.
- Best enjoyed fresh, but will keep in a sealed jar in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
