Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, not of acceptable quality or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
If you are not entirely delighted with what you receive from us then we are only too happy to refund you or replace that item free of charge.
