Andy Ward
Andy Ward and his father on their family farm near Canterbury in the “garden of England”- Kent. Being situated near the coast there is no real chance of frost and with temperatures generally being warmer they can grow many crops more successfully than other areas of England.
Ivy House is a typical mixed farm (Sheep and Chickens) and Andy also has some cereal crops. The family farms Pumpkins and Leeks along with Sweet corn and Runner Beans. They also have about ½ an acre of glasshouses (unheated) where Aubergines, Peppers and Tomatoes are grown.
