In the heart of Herefordshire cider country, Carey Organic grew out of adesire to grow fruit and vegetables nature’s way! Owned and run by the Soble family, Martin and Rachel,  the farm was established in 2004 on 45 acres of gently sloping land by the River Wye that has been cultivated and fully converted to organic certification.                 

Their wide range of crops and choice of varieties enables them to offer ‘in season’ produce throughout the year.                

They do not use any pesticides or chemicals and build natural fertility with compost, manure and rotational systems and green manures.
