Enjoy our mild and umami-rich unpasteurised rice miso which contains less salt than our signature Brown Rice Miso (at least 25%). It can be used to make an authentic Japanese miso soup, or to season and enrich the flavour of stews, casseroles, sauces and salad dressings. It's also simple to use; dissolve in a little water
