Description
Our figs are grown in a very special farming village high in the hills of Western Anatolia in Turkey – a farming community we have worked with since the 1980’s. Grown in the fresh mountain air, they grow more slowly than other figs, which gives them their slightly thinner skin and the sweet, nutty flavour we’re so proud of. With no pre-soaking required, they’re delicious as an instant snack. Chop them into cereal or use them in your baking to add a tempting twist of fig flavour.
