An ancient relative of modern wheat, the spelt grain,triticum speltum, was widely grown by the Romans. This 100% wholegrain spelt flour has complex flavours and bakes a delicious loaf.
Using this 1kg pack you can bake a whole assortment of traditional loaves.
Please note: All of our flours are unbleached. The addition of bleaching agents is not permitted in the UK.
