What makes our extra-virgin olive oil so special? Well, this extra-virgin olive oil is a superior category olive oil. The olives are grown in Puglia in Southern Italy - we use two different varieties Coratina and Olgliarola Barese. They are hand picked at just the right ripeness and cold pressed with 24 hours of harvesting. All this gives our extra-virgin olive oil a balanced flavour that makes it suitable for cooking as well as in dressings. Go crazy, have fun and use liberally!
