Planadas is a devoted Colombian coffee community with proud family traditions. Poor infrastructure and historical conflict made trade difficult for many years, but recent investment alongside the ASOPEP co-operative and Fairtrade has helped with the building of a quality lab to benefit the region as a whole.
Washed Castillo, Caturra, and Colombia beans grown at high altitude give us sweet, clean dark chocolate notes, rich red fruit flavours and red apple acidity.
